We are currently allowing for online scheduling through our Headway Platform. If your insurance cannot be verified through the headway platform, we can still assist you with scheduling an appointment. However you will need to call the office and have your insurance verified prior to your appointment.
If you are scheduling on the Headway platform, you will be able to select a time that works best for you. If you are unable to schedule on the platform, the staff will assist with finding a time that best fits your schedule.
Headway will require that you make a profile, so make sure that you have all information handy. When making an appointment request, please enter information as it appears on your insurance and license. Please do so to avoid a delay in appointment request. Providers schedules fill up very quickly and there can be a long wait until the next appointment. Regardless of whether you are scheduling on headway or through the office, we may deny your request for incomplete information, abbreviated names, or nicknames. Should information be found to be incorrect, we may require self pay rate until insurance can be verified.
If you are still waiting to receive a confirmation for your online appointment, please text or call the office at 757-704-4747 to let us know. Also, if you do not receive a telehealth link, look on your provider's page for their private Virtual Lobby.
Appointment Requests are scheduled once you receive an acceptance or confirmation call. Unless you have been charged in advance, your appointment is confirmed or you have scheduled via the headway platform, you must confirm your appointments.
