Who We are

For those who have never been to counseling or therapy of any kind, the first session can be a little intimidating. That’s why our primary goal is to create a warm, trusting environment for our clients. At our practice, we want you to feel that it’s okay to speak your mind, share your thoughts, and express yourself however you feel the need to.

We’re here to listen and talk you through what’s going on, whatever that might be.

We will never manipulate your emotions or force you to share anything you’re not comfortable with talking about. You control the conversation. We’re here to make you aware of the control you have, not just with what you talk about but with how you live your life.
